Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has been placed on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ COVID-19 list along with three other players.
The NFL players were deemed high-risk after coming in close contact with tight end Vance McDonald who tested positive for coronavirus on Monday.
The high-risk players include QB Roethlisberger, OL Jerald Hawkins, RB Jaylen Samuels, and LB Vance Williams.
They all are required to quarantine for five days after their last contact with McDonald and will be tested throughout the week before Sunday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Roethlisberger has been seen sitting on the sidelines and talking to McDonald without wearing a mask and has lockers close to him, however, Roethlisberger has not tested positive.
