Benzino says he’s getting back to the bag following his release from jail.
Last month, Benzino turned himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest for not being present for his court date. However, a video posted to his socials shows that the former Source co-founder is a free man.
“Ay, man, it’s early in the morning. I’m looking crazy,” a friend of Benzino’s says in the video. “But it’s a good occasion.” Benzino then enters into the camera flexing his biceps and saying, “You know how we do. We just got home. You know how we do.”

Benzino was set to appear in court last month following his 2020 arrest. Benzino was charged with one count of second-degree criminal damage and one count of disorderly conduct.
His initial arrest was because of an incident involving his ex, Althea Eaton’s new boyfriend. Coi Leray’s father got into a “jealous rage” after seeing the two out in public. Benzino decided to take his anger out of the guy’s truck.
Benzino and the man allegedly had a confrontation after he waited for the two to finish their stroll. The 56-year-old reportedly approached the man in a “threatening and harassing manner.” He then attempted to climb inside the vehicle as the man drove away. Benzino punched the car two times, leaving dents on the side of the car.
