BET is rebooting the cult-classic reality show, College Hill, on Texas Southern University’s campus. This time around, the series has a celebrity twist.
College Hill: Celebrity Edition premieres this summer and features NeNe Leakes, Ray J, Lamar Odom, Big Freedia, Stacey Dash, DreamDoll, India Love, and Slim Thug. And in celebration of the revival of this hit reality series, BET hosted TSU Culture Fest on the HBCU’s campus and it was lit!
Baller Alert caught up with a few of the cast members who shared why they decided to go back to school, the importance of HBCUs and more.
During the festival castmember, Slim Thug, also hit the stage to perform a few H-Town classics and Big Freedia got the crowd rockin’ with some Bounce music anthems. Dream Doll also joined the TSU cheerleaders to amp up the crowd and, of course, Ray J serenaded fellow students with his classic, “One Wish.”
