Beverly Johnson was one of roughly two dozen women who accused Bill Cosby of drugging and/or sexually assault them in the 80’s. Years later the former supermodel says that she forgives the star and is leaving it up to the law.
Johnson appeared on Good Morning America where she was promoting her book, “The Face That Changed It All.” When asked about Cosby she says, “It was almost like a family member had betrayed me. It was such a huge sense of betrayal for me.” When asked what the cover girl would say to Bill Cosby today, Beverly Johnson says, “I forgive you.” As far as what should happen to Cosby, Johnson says, “I’m going to leave that up to the justice department. I just feel that he is a lightening rod for a much bigger conversation and that conversation would be the rape culture in America.”
