Just a week ago, Queen Bey and her team of lawyers went after a Brooklyn-based beer company called Lineup Brewing for naming one of their drinks, “Bieryoncé.”

⠀⠀
Now, the Queen is reportedly after another Brooklyn spot called Leyenda.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Leyenda is a Latin-themed cocktail bar that is currently hosting “a girl-power-themed holiday pop-up pub,” titled, “Sleyenda.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀
With holiday decor and cool drinks, the pop up pays tribute to some of pop culture’s baddest such as #Beyonce, #MariahCarey, and #KatyPerry.

⠀⠀
Though Bey was flattered by the gesture, she was not excited about the bar’s decorations featuring her name and image.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Her attorneys have reportedly sent a cease-and-desist to the establishment.
“It appears that you are a dedicated fan of Mrs. Carter, and for that support, Mrs. Carter thanks you,” the letter reads. “There is a line, however, between fandom and infringement of intellectual property rights.”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Despite the legal troubles, the team at Leyenda are not planning to shut down the pop-up. They elaborated on the situation via Instagram saying, “Of course, we’re celebrating ALL of those who slay, simply inspired by Bey’s #lemonade words.”
