Beyoncé Secures Her First Daytime Emmy Award Nomination

Beyoncé To Reportedly Sign $100 Million Deal With Disney, Fans Can Possibly Expect Three New Projects

Could Queen Bey be signing a $100 million deal with Disney? New reports point to yes.

According to The Sun, Beyoncé is close to signing a deal with Disney worth $100 million that will reportedly include three new projects. The outlet reports that one of those deals is likely the soundtrack to #BlackPanther2, which is scheduled to release in May 2022. “Beyoncé has become a major player for Disney and is the perfect fit for their brand,” a source told Yahoo Entertainment. “She’s worked on a number of projects for them, and now they’re keen to secure her for more.”

The news comes after Mrs. Carter did the soundtrack for the 2019 live-action version of “The Lion King” and played the voice of the lioness “Nala” in the film. The deal would also include Beyoncé voicing some of the upcoming documentaries that are set to appear on Disney Plus. “The negotiations are still ongoing, but it’s the final details that are being thrashed out now,” said a source for The Sun. Bey’s relationship with Disney started back in 2007 when she appeared as Alice In Wonderland as part of the Disney Portrait series, The Sun reports.

She also recently contributed to the Disney Sing-along by surprising fans with a short performance of Disney’s “When You Wish Upon a Star” to raise money for charity. “I’m very proud and honored to be a part of the Disney family,” said Bey during the show that aired on ABC.

Y’all ready for some new projects with the Queen!?
