Big Boi Will Be Bringing His First Kryptonite Festival To Atlanta In April

Big Boi announced on Tuesday that he will be blessing Atlanta with his very own festival coming in April.

“Excited to light up Atlanta with some of my closest friends and collaborators, and also show out some fresh new talent at the first-ever Kryptonite festival,” Big Boi confirmed in a statement. “We gonna bring all good vibrations to our fans who turn out in our home city. #Weoutchea #FestivalKillers.” He also added in a tweet, “I’ve been waiting so long to have my very own festival. To have it in my city is a dream come true, and we can’t wait to share this family affair with you. Much love from the bottom of my heart. #1stannual #kryptonitefest.

The Kryptonite Festival will arrive on April 18th at Cadence Bank Amphitheatre at Chastain Park in Atlanta. So far, the lineup includes Goodie Mob, EarthGang, and Kneel’n Rey. More acts are set to be announced soon. It has not yet been revealed if OutKast themselves will grace the stage.⠀⠀⠀
