“Big Brother” Star Arrested and Charged With Criminal Mischief After She Crashed Her Car Into Her Baby Daddy’s New Girlfriend’s Car While She Was 8 Months Pregnant

Back in August, “Big Brother” star, Christmas Abbott, was arrested while she was eight-months pregnant, and now the reasoning behind the unfortunate circumstance have been revealed. As it turns out, Abbott’s arrest stemmed from a confrontation with her baby daddy’s alleged mistress. 

According to a police report obtained by The Blast, cops responded to a call for a disturbance at a cross fit gym, where they met Abbott, who was visibly distraught over her actions. Officials say the star started crying and told police she “lost it” and slammed her car into another vehicle that belonged to her cheating baby daddy’s mistress. 

Abbott was then detained, but not placed in cuffs because she was eight-months pregnant at the time. Instead, officials allowed her to sit on the curb as they continued their investigation. 

Police then interviewed the victim, Samantha Jane Morse, who said she was at the gym when Abbott approached her asking about her unborn child’s father, Benjamin Bunn. Morse claimed Abbott asked if Bunn bought her the iced coffee she’d been drinking, as he was also at the gym at the time. When she confirmed he did, she said Abbott asked if the two were sleeping together, which she claimed was not appropriate to discuss. 

That’s when Abbott allegedly called the woman a “pathetic home wrecking little slut” and chucked her coffee across the gym, before she left the facility and drove into Morse’s car with her Mercedes SUV. When officials asked Abbott why she did it, she said she would have wrecked Bunn’s car if he drove to the gym that day. 

In the meantime, Bunn told police he and Abbott were no longer in a relationship.

As a result, Abbot was placed under arrest and transported to a nearby police station. However, officials refused to book her because of her pregnancy, so instead, she was taken to a hospital to be checked out. 

One month later, Abbott gave birth to her son, and informed her baby daddy via email. A month after that, on November 6th, Abbott turned herself in after a warrant was issued for her arrest over the August incident. She was then charged with felony criminal mischief and released on her own recognizance.
