Bill Cosby is facing a new lawsuit from Donna Motsinger, who alleges he drugged her in 1972 when she worked as a waitress and attended his show at the Circle Star Theater.
According to the lawsuit, Cosby picked her up in a limo and offered her a glass of wine. She said she was then taken to Cosby’s dressing room, where she began feeling unwell. Motsinger believed she was given aspirin when she started losing consciousness. She claims she woke up at home in panties and “knew she had been drugged and raped by Bill Cosby.”
Motsinger is suing Cosby for emotional distress, and Cosby’s representative, Andrew Wyatt, said he had “No comment at this present time because this is utterly ridiculous and pointless.”
Earlier this month, actress Linda Ridgway-Whitedeer accused Cosby of sexual assault after he forced her to perform oral sex on him during what was supposed to be an audition in 1971.
Over the years, Cosby has been accused by over 60 women of rape, drug-facilitated sexual assault, sexual battery, child sexual abuse, sexual misconduct and sexual harassment.
