A California judge granted Billie Eilish’s request for a temporary restraining order against a man who was found shirtless outside her home.
The judge specified that the order was based on “a credible threat of violence or stalking and ordered Raymond Black to stop harassing Billie and to stay 100 yards away from her and her house, TMZ reported.
He was also ordered to stay away from Billie’s parent’s home.
When Billie returned home Monday night, she discovered Black standing shirtless outside her living room window when she flipped on the lights. She says he was gazing directly at her through the glass.
Billie then called 911. Police searched the area for Black, whom they eventually found and arrested nearby.
Billie told authorities that she reviewed her home security footage from earlier in the day and saw Black walking around her property, taking off his clothes, and using her outdoor shower.
The “Bad Guy” singer says Black also loitered around her property while it was being built last year and has even shown up at her parent’s home looking for her.
This isn’t Billie’s first incident with an intruder. She was granted a 5-year restraining order last month against another man accused of breaking into her family home.
