Bishop T.D. Jakes Denies “Playing With Freaks” Following Recent Diddy Accusations [Video]

The recent wave of accusations against Diddy has brought attention to various public figures who are reportedly involved as victims or accomplices. One unexpected figure caught up in the controversy is T.D. Jakes. According to reports, the 66-year-old minister’s representative emphatically dismissed the allegations made in recent viral videos as “unequivocally false.” Jordan A. Hora, the executive director of public relations and communications for the T.D. Jakes Group, T.D. Jakes Ministries, and The Potter’s House, released a statement to address the accusations.

“Recent claims circulating on pockets of social media about Bishop T.D. Jakes are unequivocally false and baseless,” Hora said to The Christian Post. “What has always been true, in the words of the late Pastor Charles H. Spurgeon, ‘If you want the truth to go round the world, you must hire an express train to pull it, but if you want a lie to go round the world it will fly; it is as light as a feather, and a breath will carry it.’”

Additionally, T.D. Jakes also seemingly addressed the accusations during his sermon on Sunday, emphasizing that he doesn’t have “time to be playing with freaks.”

“Forgive yourself for who you are not,” Jakes began. “You can’t spend the rest of your life apologizing for stuff you cannot change.”

He added, “You know what I was really worried about all week? Our terrorist threats is at its highest level. And I spent my entire week making sure that everything we needed was in place in case it was an attack. The attack is suppose to be on synagogues and churches in the south…I have to think about that and anybody who have that kind of government on their shoulders don’t have time to be playing with freaks.”

Speculations about the Jakes circulated on Monday, following a viral TikTok video. The video suggested that Jakes had participated in events hosted by Diddy, engaging in same-gender relationships and inappropriate sexual conduct with a minor.
