Blac Chyna is taking her ex Tyga to court to establish child support for their son despite previously praising their co-parenting relationship.Â
The social media star recently filed legal documents this week for their 10-year-old son, King Cairo. Per the documents, which were obtained by The Blast, Chyna wants joint custody of their child and to set up monthly financial support. Â
Back in February 2021, during an appearance on “The Wendy Williams Show,” Chyna shared that neither Rob Kardashian nor Tyga were paying child support to her, stating, “I feel like if they’re doing their part on their end, and I’m doing mine, that’s perfectly fine and the best co-parenting.”Â

Clearly, she has had a change of heart and wants to legalize her agreement with the “Rack City” rapper.
It appears that Kardashian was once paying child support for his daughter, Dream, with Chyna. However, those had stopped at some point. Last March, Chyna admitted that she’d sold several of her vehicles due to “being a single mother” and having “no support.” Tyga shot back after that remark, stating that their son lives with him part-time, which is why he doesn’t have to pay child support. He also said at the time that he spends roughly $40,000 yearly for King’s school tuition.
The specifics of how much Chyna is seeking have not yet been made public.Â
