Almost three years after one of the Internet’s messiest break-ups, Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are still embroiled in a legal battle over Rob’s claim of domestic abuse. But now, in the wake of Rob’s recent deposition, where he allegedly admitted to enjoying erotic abuse, Chyna is using her ex’s own words against him.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Chyna refuted Rob’s claim of abuse, alleging he sustained no physical or psychological injuries in their Christmas fight in 2016. As proof, Chyna pulled receipts from Rob’s own deposition, in which he allegedly admitted, “being scratched by a female is one of the best things a man could ask for.”
Apparently, Rob’s statement was made in response to a question about Chyna ripping his shirt, as he revealed he did not know Chyna was being aggressive or that the incident would explode into a full fledge fight.
“You enjoy that? Being scratched,” Chyna’s attorney asked, to which Rob reportedly responded with the quoted statement. “And at the time, is that how you took her, again, nails across your chest, that that’s something that felt good?” The lawyer asked.
“It didn’t really occur to me that it was going to be – go into, you know, guns and strangling. This was just like I thought she was just being drunk, and you know, trying to be funny,” Rob said, before adding that the scratch, “didn’t feel good.”
As part of her argument, Chyna said Rob’s deposition shows that his shirt was ripped “with his (very happy) consent.” She also rejected Rob’s demand for 500,000 in damages for emotional and physical injuries and property damage. But Chyna said the television that was wrecked in the fight didn’t even belong to him, she said it belonged to Kylie Jenner.
In addition, she said she “generously” valued the shirt at $250, but refuses to pay anything more than $5,000. In the meantime, the two are still in court over Rob’s child support, after he claimed he can no longer afford to pay the socialite.
