Whew! Honey, the rent is DUE!! Black Chyna’s former landlord was ordered to pay her $58,000 in a reverse decision made by the California appeals court.
Three court justices unanimously ruled in Chyna’s favor after the trial court initially ordered Chyna to pay Kremerman “acted without authority in entering judgment against” Chyna. Apparently, the model was never properly served with the summons.
The court also found that Kremerman “did not
undertake diligent efforts to serve White.”
“Angela White is extremely pleased that a California appeals court has overturned an improper default judgment entered against her,” Chyna’s lawyer said.
Chyna’s attorney says Chyna will sue Kremerman for emotional distress he caused during the pandemic.
