Ava DuVernay
Ava DuVernay is an influential director, writer, and producer known for tackling social justice issues in her work. She became the first Black woman to direct a film nominated for a Best Picture Oscar for 2014’s “Selma.” DuVernay is also the founder of ARRAY, a company focused on amplifying marginalized voices in film.
Ryan Coogler

Tyler Perry
