Twitter is back at it again, and this time they are bringing back good ole Bernice from the show “South Beach Tow.”
Reality TV has brought us many joys in our lives, and respectfully become a part of our culture. One of those joyous moments in reality television is from TruTV’s hit show “South Beach Tow,” in particular; the episode in which bounty hunter #Bernice was determined to repossess a Chevrolet Camaro from a woman who was four months behind on her rent.
The incident happened back in 2013 when Bernice was in the process of taking the vehicle, the woman approached as Bernice was performing her job. The woman then refused to let Bernice take the car, and explained that her boyfriend was going to pay off the debt and needed it for his upcoming gig. Not impressed with the woman’s complaint, Bernice walked to the back of the car after the woman jumped in the vehicle in an attempt to get away. That’s when the woman backed the car up, knocking Bernice over the edge of the parking garage.
Bernice ended up coming back to the car as the woman was trying to leave and smashed the driver’s side window, pulling the woman out of the car. As for medical attention, Bernice claimed she didn’t need it. “Bernice ain’t going to no hospital! Hospitals are for rich people and my Obamacare ain’t kicked in yet!” she said during her confessional. She warned her partner not to tell anyone at the shop about the incident because she “can’t take no time off work.”
