As things begin to heat up between Blake Griffin and Kendall Jenner, the baller has moved to secure his position in his children’s lives. According to The @blast, Griffin recently filed paternity docs against his ex-fiancée, Brynn Cameron.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sources say Griffin’s filing comes after he ignited a spark with the eldest Jenner. Now, as things get serious between the two, Griffin wants to establish paternity of his children, Finley and Ford. According to the publication, Griffin is asking for court-ordered custody and a child support agreement with Cameron.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However, in response, Cameron has filed legal documents of her own, asking for joint custody and child support, based on Griffin’s annual salary. In an early back and forth of legal filings, it appears this is the first step in what could be a messy custody battle. But, when it comes to Kendall, The Blast reports that the former couple’s issues begun right after Griffin went public with the supermodel.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Apparently, Cameron was still living with Griffin, even after their July split, but only moved out after Griffin’s new relationship hit headlines. Now, Cameron believes Griffin left his family for a Hollywood relationship with Kendall, which doesn’t seem far-fetched, seeing as how her sister Khloe is accused of taking her baby daddy away from his then-pregnant baby mama, #JordyC. Kendall’s youngest sister was also hit with homewrecking rumors when she became of age and went public with #BlacChyna’s baby daddy, Tyga.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whatever the case may be, Cameron is not going to allow her ex to leave her and his kid without a fight.
