Boosie Says He’s Tired of Seeing “Black Moguls Get Took Down” After Diddy Verdict [Video]

Boosie had a lot to say after Diddy’s partial verdict, which comes as no surprise since he’s been defending him since the start.

The Baton Rouge rapper posted a video to Instagram shortly after the verdict came down, giving his take on what went down. Diddy was found guilty on two counts of transportation for prostitution, charges tied to Cassie and another woman referred to as “Jane.” However, he was found not guilty of sex trafficking and racketeering, two of the more serious charges. Despite the partial win, Diddy was denied bond and will remain in custody until his sentencing in October.

“I’m tired of seeing us black moguls get took down like that, bro. And I’m tired of seeing us black people go against us black moguls like that,” Boosie said in the video. “I don’t feel he was guilty of nothing, you know, nothing but domestic violence, you know. But, the court spoke, man.”

Boosie had already made it clear where he stood months ago. After Diddy’s arrest in September 2024, he posted a bold message on social media defending the music mogul’s lifestyle.

He didn’t stop there.

“WE ACTUALLY GO CALL WOMEN PROSTITUTES WHO FLY N WILLINGLY TO BE WITH THEY PARTNERS FOR SEX?” he continued. “IF THATS THE CASE IF U BEEN FLEWED OUT N HAD SEX YOU SHOULD BE LABELED A PROSTITUTE!! IF THATS THE CASE THATS 80% OF THE WOMEN READING THIS.”

Boosie admitted he was disturbed by the 2016 hotel surveillance video showing Diddy assaulting Cassie but still questioned the legal outcome.

“WHEN I SAW THAT VIDEO I WAS PISSED OFF AT THIS N****. LIKE HE REALLY GOT A PROBLEM. BUT FACING ‘LIFE N PRISON’ FOR DOING BASICALLY WHAT SO MANY OTHER ENTERTAINERS HAS DONE.”

Boosie’s not walking back a thing. In his eyes, Diddy’s just a product of the industry, and his freaky behavior isn’t all that different from what’s been going on in entertainment for years.
