It’s safe to say Kanye has been creating more drama than fashion or music these past few days. He has been provoking and responding to fellow celebrities left and right.
Many have called out ‘Ye for his latest antics and comments, including Boosie, who was upset over the Yeezy founder’s choice to wear “White Lives Matter” shirts for his YZY SZN 9 fashion show in Paris.
“DAM @kanyewest U JUST GOING TO KEEP USING YOUR PLATFORM TO SHIT ON YOUR OWN RACE LIKE THIS THIS SAD,” Boosie wrote on Twitter. “N the black people who still support you r even sadder LAST TIME SPEAKING ON THIS #Kanyewestdoesntlikeblackpeople DO US A FAVOR N BLEACH YOUR SKIN ALL WHITE Thanks.”
On Friday, just three days later, Drink Champs revealed a teaser for their upcoming episode featuring Boosie. In the brief clip, he is heard berating Ye for the shirt. He then repeats his request for him to bleach his face white.
“Ain’t nobody getting done like Blacks getting done from 300-400 years to today,” Boosie said. “And you a f**king conglomerate! Don’t put no White Lives Matter on. F**k wrong with you? Dye yo face then n***a.”
Ye seemingly caught wind of Boosie’s comments and took the time to fire back at the Louisianna rapper. In an Instagram post, West wrote, “DON’T SPEAK ON ME LIL BOOSIE SPEAK TO ME YEAH LITTLE NERD ASS COME SMACK ME OR COME SHOOT ME IM THE ONE THAT GOT BULLIED BY THE ENTIRE BLACK CELEBRITY COMMUNITY NOW IM BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP.”
“TALKING ABOUT U BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP N U GOT A SCHOOL IS NOT THE RIGHT WORDS #startthinkingbeforeyoutalk I DONT WANT NO SMOKE @kanyewest JUST COULDNT LET U DO THAT OUR RACE‼️HIS LOVEONES REALLY NEED TO GET @kanyewest HELP ‼️THIS THE “GET OUT” movie N REAL LIFE SMH

And in Boosie fashion, he responded. “TALKING ABOUT U BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP N U GOT A SCHOOL IS NOT THE RIGHT WORDS #startthinkingbeforeyoutalk I DONT WANT NO SMOKE @kanyewest JUST COULDNT LET YOU DO THAT TO OUR RACE ‼️HIS LOVEONES REALLY NEED TO GET @kanyewest HELP‼️ THIS THE “GET OUT” movie N REAL LIFE SMH.”
Boosie then read Ye’s message out loud in a video that has circulated on Twitter, declaring he’s now calling off all the smoke with Kanye West.
“This the real get out,” Boosie said while adding he feels sorry for Kanye. “Man, I feel sorry for him damn near. He lost, brah. This the real ‘Get Out'”
Kanye’s latest antics have garnered a mix of responses, with some siding with his views and others suggestings he’s spiraling out of control and out of touch with reality, especially on race topics.
