#AdrienBroner says he’s not guilty of sexual battery after his incident at an Atlanta mall.

Earlier this week, the boxer filed his plea in Georgia’s Fulton State courthouse. The incident in question involves a woman who claims a man inappropriately groped her at Atlanta’s Lenox Mall. The woman later identified the man as Broner. Broner, however, denies all allegations, but still there was enough evidence for police to arrest him.

The 28-year-old boxer was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and was later taken to Fulton County Jail, according to The Blast.

In the March, the alleged victim filed a civil suit against Broner, which he has yet to respond to.
