Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have reportedly called it quits after a year of marriage.
TMZ reports that the couple split following a heated argument fueled by accusations of infidelity. Sources say Sam confronted Britney about rumors suggesting she had been unfaithful. While the validity of the rumor of Britney stepping out is unclear, Sam allegedly believed it and has since moved out of their shared residence.
“It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce,” a TMZ source said.
Britney and Sam first met in 2016 at the singer’s video shoot and began dating shortly afterward.
They married last June in a small private ceremony at their Thousand Oaks home.
