Disney has set a deal with Bruno Mars for a music-themed theatrical feature.
According to Deadline, although the plot has not been released to anyone, it is said to consist of mostly original music that Mars will create and perform.
Audiences may have previously seen Mars in ”Honeymoon in Vegas,” and his voice featured in Rio 2. But now, it appears the superstar will be lending his musical genius to the entertainment giant.
The deal comes after Disney signed the deal to distribute Lin-Manuel Miranda’s musical ”Hamilton,” which will feature the original Broadway cast.
