Bugatti is developing its first luxury complex with a built-in car elevator along with many other extravagant features.
According to a news release, Bugatti Residences by Binghatti will be a “ground-breaking real estate development in the heart of Dubai.”
Last week, Binghatti CEO Muhammad BinGhatti and Bugatti Rimac CEO Mate Rimac launched the first-of-its-kind partnership at the city’s Coca-Cola Arena.
The skyscraping tower will feature a silver exterior that looks to undulate and will be located in the Business Bay region of the ultramodern city.
Unbelievably large roof decks with pools are stacked and fanning out from the top floor in an aerial depiction, giving each unit direct sunshine.
According to the companies, the project will consist of 171 “Riviera mansions” and 11 “sky mansion penthouses,” along with a beach, private pool, fitness center, chef’s table, valet, members club, and two “garage-to-penthouse car lifts,” among other features.
Additionally, residents will have access to personalized amenities, including a “bespoke chauffeur and concierge.”
