Rapper Cam’ron says not on his watch. He recently fired back at Melyssa Ford on the latest segment of “It Is What It Is” after she insinuated that he had sexual relations with an underage prostitute.
The New York rapper and his co-host, Mase, started to discuss sex workers at some point in the episode. Cam then said he heard that Chicago rapper Lil Durk had a baby with a prostitute, but then the two said they shouldn’t be talking about the subject because of what Ford took away from their recent story. The story in reference was when Cam talked about having sex with a sex worker.
“Last time we said something people took it way serious,” Mase added. “We’re not into anything illegal, so you can stop trying to put that together. Let me put you together right quick, don’t ever come for me and Killer.”
Cam went on to say that the hosts would revisit the topic later if need be, but thought her comments screamed “desperate.”
“We ain’t going to give it no attention, but, tread lightly,” he seemingly warned Ford, without dropping her name. “Be careful ’cause I’ll tell you one thing I know a lot of people at ICE. Snipers, sharpshooters and I know people in ICE. I’ll have you escorted back up across the border. Be careful. It screams desperation but we’ll get a petition to get you out the country. Cut it out.”
Mase joked, “I was gonna let you stay.”
On a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, Ford stirred the pot when she said Cam and Mase had a threesome in a brothel in the ’90s and made a very serious accusation. “Is there a distinct possibility that there may have been underage girls in that whore house?” she questioned, to which her co-host Budden replied, “I don’t know what you’re doing, but it’s disgusting what you’re doing.”
Ford has since apologized for her comment. “I apologize, I should never have made that insinuation.”
