Candace Owens defended Kanye West after he claimed people were mad at his ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt but not at Kim preventing him from seeing his kids.
Kanye recently responded to Gigi Hadid, who defended Vogue Editor Gabriella Karefa-Johnson. Gabriella shared her opinion of Kanye’s controversial t-shirt, which didn’t sit too well with him.
In his response, Kanye deflected from the situation and questioned where was the backlash energy he’s currently receiving when the Kardashians prevented him from seeing his children.
“I WONDER WHAT GIGI AND VENUS’S PERESPECTIVES WERE WHEN I DIDN’T KNOW WHERE MY CHILD WAS ON HER BIRTHDAY,” he wrote.
He continued by mentioning Candace Owens being the only person who was on his side during the time.
“CANDACE OWENS WAS THE ONLY PUBLIC FIGURE TO SAY THAT IT WAS WRONG FOR THE KARDASHIAN’S TO KEEP ME FROM SEEING MY DAUGHTER,” Kanye added.
Shortly after, Candace came to Kanye’s defense and questioned where GiGi’s concerns as well.
“My bigger question for GiGi is whether or not she felt it was bullying when Pete had yours childrens name carved into his neck and was walking around with that after 6 minutes of dating Kim,” she wrote.
Candace continued, “I like GiGi. Excited to see that she’s weighing in on bullies in Hollywood now bc everyone seemed pretty tight lipped and not too concerned about “mental health” when a man had to watch the media pretend it was normal for another man to tattoo his children’s name into his body. Was that “trauma” or “violence”?”
As we’ve previously reported, Kanye caused some controversy by wearing a ‘White Lives Matter’ shirt during his surprise Paris fashion show.
