You may recall Atlanta promoter, Jeremy Hill and The Middle Georgia Entertainment Group, was upset with Faith Evans for pulling out of his show to perform at the Bad Boy Reunion tour stop that would be happening a few days later. The promoter attempted to block Faith from performing at the Bad Boy show, but the powers that beg to differ.
Attorneys for Faith announced Thursday that legal efforts put forth by the promoter to block the singer from joining the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour date in Atlanta on September 8, have been thwarted by the District Court for the Northern District of Georgia Atlanta Division.
Faith’s attorneys said in a statement:
“We are extremely pleased with the court’s decision not to restrict Ms. Evans from performing on the Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour in Atlanta. The promoter’s attempts to prove that Ms. Evans’ participation in the tour date would cause irreparable harm fell grossly short. We expect to continue to be successful in these matters as they progress.”
