If you are a day one fan of LeBron James, you may enjoy the fact of knowing that you can try your chances of bidding on a car he drove during his senior year in high school.
The 2003 Hummer H2 became the center of an investigation by Ohio basketball officials before they found out his mother, Gloria, took out a $50,000 loan to pay for the car to give to him on his 18th birthday.
Kelley Blue Book has the vehicle listed at about $18,000, but LeBron apparently had a custom sound system and TVs that the price doesn’t account for. But, President of Goldin Auctions, Ken Goldin, expects much more in return saying it’s “definitely a six-figure piece,” referring to the Hummer.
LeBron’s high school whip will go up for auction on Monday and sold on December 8th by Goldin Auction, according to ABC News.
