Cardi B and JT of City Girls are subbing each other on Twitter… seemingly about the different remixes they’re featured on.
News broke Monday that GloRilla and Cardi’s Tomorrow 2 charted on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 9.
Cardi celebrated the news in a Twitter retweet, saying, “COOOUUUUSIIIINNNN WE MADE THE TOP TEN @GloTheofficial!!!!”

As fans caught wind of the accomplishment, some sent congratulatory messages toward GloRilla and Cardi B’s way, while others took the time to take shots at the artists featured on Nicki Minaj’s Super Freaky Girl QueenMix, given Cardi and Nicki’s outstanding beef.
A self-proclaimed JT hate page tweeted, “JT Akbar, BIA & Katie bandz after seeing Glorilla get a top 10 hit without doing all the dick riding and extra shit.”
The tweet promoted a response from the City Girl. “im not like that at alllll I been doing remixes & never got credited ON A CHART BUT they get sung word for word and help push the original songs as intended unlike y’all well I can’t even say y’all cause you don’t rap,you TWEET! Congratulations Glo&stream FNF remix AND QUEENMIX,” JT tweeted.
A Cardi fan Twitter page responded to JT’s tweet, saying, “Girl this one tickled you [laughing emojis] not “ Congrats GLO” you know you can’t mention cardi or your massa will get the Whip [cat laughing emojis],” to which JT responded, “NAH actually the tweet was too long! PLUS Cardi Been having top 10’s I been congratulating her for years this is GLO first one, I’ve been ignoring y’all but y’all are hella annoying, move round & get off my DICK thank YOU!”
Cardi later tweeted “Lapdog,” a clear sub towards JT.
JT clearly caught the sub and tweeted “Weiner dog!” in response to Cardi’s subtweet. However, the subs didn’t end there. Cardi followed up by tweeting “Go fetch.”
Things were quiet between the two for a while, and we later find out they had been DMing each other. However, JT seemed to catch wind of Cardi’s “go fetch” tweet and then responded directly to the “Up” rapper.
“Cardi you go fetch a real talent! We DM’ing why you come back here to put on a show for these KIDS?”
Cardi responds, “So wait, me and you talking in the DM woman to woman, but YOU take it to your timeline and throw shots calling me a bully and a wiener… Why you playing dumb? And YOU talking about a talent?! haaaaa! You forgot P tried to put me on wit your writer?”
In another tweet, a fan questioned whether Nicki Minaj put JT up to those antics which she denied and said that she does not play the gossip games all this drama started because of fan pages.
Cardi later tweeted that she was done with the Twitter games and logged out.
And just when we thought they were finished, Cardi retweeted an old video of JT speaking on Cardi B opening doors for “normal girls” who want to rap.

JT then took the time to reply to Cardi’s tweet about them speaking privately in the DM.
“That was BEFORE you replied!!!! & said you was talking about ME! So tell the world why you said I’m a lap dog cardi!”
JT also responded claims that P (QC label CEO) tried to put Cardi on with the City Girls’ writer, saying it was Cardi who actually wanted their writer. However, Cardi refuted those claims saying she did not and that it was P who wanted since “yall numbers make him [pennies],” she said alongside a screenshot of the City Girls’ YouTube views, comparing the numbers to the Twerk video which grossed more than 200M views.
JT responded by saying she does not care to beef with Cardi over YouTube views.
“I’m a street bitch YouTube ain’t got me on no leash hoe, move,” JT tweeted.
Cardi then tweets in response to JT, “Didn’t I hit you back in the DM 20 minutes ago but I gotta come on the timeline for a response? And you’re mute but steady arguing here. Like I said, this shit is for show. OPPORTUNISTS.”
JT then circles back to one of Cardi’s prior tweets, saying, “Wait I’m back for this last tweet cause who doing anything for doggy treats?? If anything glorilla have you a BONE that you need to go feed to that dog you was posing by the pool with for hot shit! Fancy pants.”
In another clap back, Cardi responds to JT, saying, “Hot shit debuted higher than any song you ever dropped or been on, prison pants. Everybody has good and bad moments but you haven’t had one since what? ACT UP?”
Things seemed to simmer down with JT responding to a few hater tweets.
Cardi then retweeted a video of P coaching JT to rap the way Cardi did on a particular song.
