Imagine having Cardi B officiate your wedding while having Raven-Symone be your ring bearer. That’s exactly what one couple experienced on their special day.
On Cardi B’s latest episode of “Cardi Tries,” the rapper and actress gave this same-sex couple a celebrity-assisted “pop-up wedding” on National Coming Out Day.
By the way WORLD I’m licensed to marry people ….sooo yea… I do it all and this was such a fulfilling thing to do and Raven was soo fun I was sooo starstruck. https://t.co/i74YNT7Xbb

During the episode, Cardi B and Raven helped a woman named Brandi Taylor marry her fiancé, Shannon Herbert. Brandi decided to surprise her wife-to-be with a wedding she’ll never forget.
The duo helped Brandi pick out everything from decor to her wedding dress. During the fitting, the ladies bonded over an emotional conversation about how their mothers felt about their weddings.
“When my mom found out that I got married, and she wasn’t there and I didn’t tell her, she was really freaking pissed off,” Cardi B said.
Raven chimed in and stated that her mother didn’t like not attending her wedding.
“She was like, ‘You’re my only daughter and I missed it.'”
Things then got emotional when Brandi mentioned how her mother isn’t supportive of her LGBTQ+ lifestyle.
“My mom is not here today. She does not agree with my lifestyle, so she’s not here at the present time.”
However, the show went on, and Shannon and the guests were in total shock seeing Cardi make an entrance. After the two brides shared their vows, Cardi brought out Raven to present the rings.
The ceremony ended with Cardi officially pronouncing the ladies “wife and wife.”
Before closing out the show, Cardi mentions to Raven how she wants to redo her wedding. The Bronx native married rapper Offset in a bedroom.
“I do wish I had a bigger wedding because I’m very flamboyant, so I do want the whole dress and the whole cake and everything. I didn’t even have a ring, so I just didn’t feel like I was married because I didn’t have the whole shabangabang.”
