Cardi B has tied Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 songs on the Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart by a female artist.
“Up” marks Cardi’s fourth No. 1 on the chart, with 31.2 million U.S. streams in the tracking week ending February 11th, according to Billboard. Cardi B’s first No. 1 on the Streaming Songs chart was 2017’s nine times platinum single, “Bodak Yellow, which sat at the top of the list for two weeks. She followed up with her Bruno Mars collab, “Finesse,” which spent a week at No. 1 on the chart in 2018. Last year, “Wap,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion, sat at No. 1 for ten weeks.
This impressive run ties Cardi with pop star Taylor Swift for women with the most No. 1 records on the chart. She is also in a four-way tie along with Swift, Justin Bieber, and Travis Scott for the second-most No. 1s among all artists on the chart. Drake leads with nine No. 1s.
