Passing up the opportunity to perform for the Super Bowl Halftime Show was nothing for Cardi B. Especially, now that she’ll have her own spotlight during the commercial breaks.
And we’re not talking about just any commercial. TMZ exclusively reported that Bardi is taking on the starring role for Pepsi’s advertisement.
The rapper’s latest venture with the iconic soda brand is Bomb with a capital “B”! Pepsi is notorious for partnering with some of the biggest names in entertainment for their commercials during the game that rakes in over hundreds of millions of views. She’ll be joining the exclusive club with Beyoncé, Madonna, Mariah Carey, Brittney Spears, and even Michael Jackson.
Music wise, the “Bartier Cardi” rapper will still be celebrating the 53rd game with a turn-up. She’s set to headline the final night of the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Festival on February 2nd alongside “Finesse” collaborator, Bruno Mars.
2019 is looking really good for Cardi. Let’s hope things keep going in her favor, so we get to see her take home a trophy or two with those five Grammy nominations!
