In 2008, Casey Anthony was charged with the first-degree murder of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. Two months later, Caylee’s remains were found in a trash bag near the Anthony family home. Three years later, the trial of Casey Anthony commenced, lasting six weeks from May to July, resulting in an acquittal of all charges connected to Caylee’s death. However, a jury found Casey guilty of a misdemeanor after she lied to the detectives when initially asked about the whereabouts of her daughter.
Nine years after Caylee’s death and six years after the trial, thoughts of having another child have crossed Casey’s mind. While the court of public opinion has convicted Casey of Caylee’s murder, she maintains her innocence, saying she is still unsure what exactly happened to her daughter. But if she gets another chance to be blessed with another child, her biggest concerns are cruel kids and their parents.
“If I am blessed enough to have another child – if I’d be dumb enough to bring another kid into this world knowing that there’d be a potential that some jackass, their little snot-nosed kid would then say something mean to my kid – I don’t think I could live with that,” Casey told the Associated Press.
The news of Casey’s concerns come on the heels of her first interview, where she revealed that she sleeps “pretty good at night,” despite what anyone thinks of her.
Apparently, talking about Casey is fine, just don’t mention her kids.
