Damn we’re getting old! It’s been 25 years since the premiere of “Boy Meets World” and for those of you that remember the show, it’s great to see them back together, and looking just how we remembered.
Ben Savage (Corey Matthews), Danielle Fishel (Topanga Lawrence) Ryder Strong (Shawn Hunter) & Will Friedle (Eric Matthews) all reunited to celebrate the show’s 25th anniversary at Wizard World Chicago #ComicCon last week. Danielle posted a photo of the cast to her Instagram and captioned, “We hate each other.” All jokes!
The show was centered around Corey Matthews and his life from middle school to college, with his best friend Shawn, his girlfriend Topanga and his older brother Eric.
“Boy Meets World” ran for 7 seasons, debuting on #ABC in September 1993 and ending May 2000.
The cast mates reunited previously in 2014 for the show’s reboot “Girl Meets World”, which focused on the life of Corey and Topanga’s teenage daughter. The show aired on #Disney for 3 seasons and was cancelled in January 2017, according to #People.
