Boston Celtics forward Jared Sullinger has turned himself into the authorities and was charged with battery and assault, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property after his girlfriend tried to leave him. According to Boston Globe reporter, David Abel the incident went like this:
-Girlfriend of Celtic Jared Sullinger said argument began after she found evidence he was cheating on her on his cell phone <insert my thoughts> MAN YOU GOT CAUGHT!
-Court records: “Upon seeing her pack up her belongings, the argument got very heated and Jared began yelling at her to get out”. <insert my thoughts> SHE WAS DOING WHAT YOU TOLD HER!
-Celtic Jared Sullinger “kept pinning her down and would not let her up,” according to court records. <insert my thoughts> NOW IF YOU GET CAUGHT CHEATING AND YOU TELL A WOMAN TO GET OUT WHY DOES IT SEEM OKAY FOR YOU TO PIN HER DOWN SO SHE CANNOT LEAVE??
-Celtic Jared Sullinger allegedly smashed girlfriend’s cell phone after she threatened to call police, court records show. <insert my thoughts> SHE DID NOT DESTROY YOUR PHONE WITH ALL THE CHEATING SHE FOUND ON IT SO WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO HER PHONE WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE WRONG??
By the time the girlfriend could contact the police Sullinger was on a plane to Ohio. Eventually he turned himself into police and was released on $5,000 bail. Of course he came out with an apology through his NBA franchise Boston Celtics to satisfy the fans and the organization. But to add insult to injury, why did the girlfriend state that Sullinger “has a HISTORY of ABUSE”…. Ummmmmmmm NO MAM! Ladies, you have to make sure that you are protecting yourself in these relationships and if you think love will conquer all then have an escape plan. You should not put your life in danger. Athletes, if you get caught cheating the thing to do is MAN UP to it. There are women out there that will let it slide and they will work with you. Never put your hands on a woman. THINK BEFORE YOU ACT!
