Model Chanel Iman and New England Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux are now newlyweds.
Iman and Godchaux tied the knot in a stunning yacht wedding on February 24th, weeks after marrying in a civil ceremony on January 10th in New York. Vogue covered the wedding, which saw Iman sporting a gown from designer Zuhair Murad. The 33-year-old runway beauty shared many images from the special day on Instagram. Her two daughters from her ex-husband, Sterling Shepard, were present, as well as her 5-month-old daughter, whom she shares with Godchaux.
In a video captured by photographer Josh Gooden Cinema, the couple was seen preparing for their big day on the sea. Only a handful of guests, including their close friends, were present on the ship.
In one set of photos, Iman wrote, “Finally, I am officially Chanel Iman Godchaux,” before adding, “We will continue to move mountains and love each other through thick and thin.”
After exchanging vows in Anguilla, the newlyweds and their guests disembarked to explore the island before sailing to St. Barths, where the reception took place. They then concluded their nuptials with a honeymoon at Cap Juluca, basking in the afterglow of their union.
The couple has been together since Spring 2022 and got engaged in May 2023 in Capri, Italy. This exciting event was followed by the happy news that they were expecting their first child that same month.
