Charlie “Winning” Sheen is completely over Rihanna and it’s all over Rihanna declining an autograph. Last night Sheen took his fiancé to Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Santa Monica, CA to celebrate her birthday with friends. Apparently his fiancé is a Rihanna stan and got word that Rihanna was also in the building. Charlie sent over a request to have the two meet and was told because there was so much paparazzi outside he and his fiancé would have to reschedule for a meet-n-greet. This didn’t sit well with Charlie and he took to Twitter to go in.
Below is what Charlie tweeted…. Warning, it’s A LOT! Skip all the way down to see how Rihanna responded.

I took my gal out to dinner
last night with her best
friends for her Bday.
we heard Rihanna was present as well.
I sent a request over to her table to introduce my fiancé
Scotty to her, as she is a
huge fan.
(personally I couldn’t pick her out of a line-up at gunpoint)
well, the word we received back was that there were too
many paps outside and it just wasn’t possible at this time.
At this time? AT THIS TIME??
lemme guess, we’re to reschedule another random
11 million to 1 encounter
with her some other night…?
no biggie for me; it would have been 84 interminable seconds of chugging Draino and
“please kill me now”
that I’d never get back.
My Gal, however,
was NOT OK with it.

As far as Rihanna, she began by tweeting “Goooorrrrrrlllllll…… If that old queen don’t get ha diapers out of a bunch…” Then posting the following photo:
Rihanna even changed her Twitter banner for the occasion. So I guess Charlie got his autograph.
Though I can’t verify if the photo below is authentic. It was allegedly a DM exchange between Rihanna and one of her friends via Twitter.
