Cher and Versace have joined forces to help members of the LGBTQ+ community this Pride Month.
On Tuesday, the luxury Italian fashion brand and the iconic singer launched a limited-edition capsule available exclusively in the month of June. The Pride-inspired collection combines the name Cher with Versace to create “Chersace.” The name appears on an exclusive baseball cap, socks, and a t-shirt in rainbow letters with the rainbow medusa emblem.
In a statement, Donatella Versace said working with Cher was a dream come true and is especially delighted to collaborate for a good cause.
All proceeds from the “Chersace” collection will benefit Gender Spectrum, an organization that focuses on the health and well-being of “gender-diverse” youth and their parents by creating inclusive spaces and providing necessary resources.
Cher took to Instagram on Wednesday to sport her “Chersace” look and celebrate Pride month.
The merch begins at just $125 and climbs to $3,350. The “Chersace” socks have already risen to the top as a best-seller in the collection. As of Thursday, sizes medium and large had sold out, leaving only size small available.
