Chinese censors struggled to keep up with the immeasurable booty jiggling during the Megan Thee Stallion Coachella performance.Â
The “Savage” performer showed up and showed out at the festival over the weekend, and she brought along her Hottie background dancers to join her onstage. The energetic show was seen on live streams worldwide, but one Chinese platform struggled to keep its feed PG-13. During the live stream on the WeChat platform, a black censor bar could be seen bouncing around the screen, struggling to keep up with the dancers’ exposed buns.Â
WeChat took the video off the platform after their failed attempt at keeping the stream family-friendly. However, that did not stop social media from recording and sharing it multiple times before it was deleted.Â
“That moment of sheer panic when the censor bar frantically jumps left and right because there’s just too much going on,” wrote one Twitter user.

Extreme censorship is nothing new in Chinese media, with much of the programming in the region severely regulated. The trademarks of numerous Western brands that adorned people’s attire on reality TV shows were blotted away by Chinese censors last year.
Megan Thee Stallion has not commented on the hilarious fail.
