An irate customer ordering tacos at a Washington D.C. Chipotle turned violent after he felt his order was taking too long to be prepared.
The man was caught on surveillance footage reaching over the glass divider at the counter and throwing food at an employee. He then moves to the register area and throws cardboard trays before tossing the cash register.

The employee is seen running toward the back to avoid getting hit by the flying debris.
The Chipotle employee, who did not want to be identified, told Fox 5 that the customer reached over to grab the tacos as they were being made. She felt he was trying to steal them.
“He tried to steal them, and he didn’t get away with it because I threw them in the trash. And then he just got mad after that,” she told the outlet.
The customer fled the scene on a rented scooter. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, a green backpack, and a black beanie. Police are offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to his arrest and indictment.
