As the legal battle continues between Chris Bosh and his mother, the former NBA star has sparked a new battle with his baby mama amid their longstanding custody battle.
In the new dispute, Bosh has accused Allison Mathis of falsifying legal documents in their custody case in an attempt to get more money out of the deal. Although the two have been on the outs for years over their daughter, Trinity, things took a turn for the worse when Mathis accused Bosh of breaching their 2014 parenting agreement.

In Mathis’ filing, she said the two agreed to work out a new parenting plan if the former baller were to move more than three hours away. But, she claimed Bosh breached the contract when he left Miami for L.A., forcing their daughter to take a five-hour trip across the country instead of a 50-minute trip from Orlando to Miami.

Mathis said the move would put a strain on their daughter, as it is not in her best interest to take such long trips. Also in the filing, she asked her ex to cover her attorney fees from their battle, which have ballooned to more than $67,000.

However, the baller has since filed a response, in which he accused Mathis and her lawyer of falsifying invoices for her legal fees.

“Over the last seven years, the Mother and her counsel have submitted fraudulent or grossly inaccurate billing statements in support of her claim for attorney’s fees,” Bosh said in his response. In fact, he also claimed Mathis has provided five different billing statements, with increases or new time entries on previously paid statements.

Bosh has accused the two of trying to be paid for things that were never performed and hearings that never happened. So, when it comes to Mathis’ request for him to pay for legal fees, Bosh needs the court to step in to prevent the two from profiting off their fraudulent actions.
