Chris Bosh Snags Gig As TNT Analyst

In 2016, Pat Riley confirmed that Chris Bosh’s career with the Miami Heat was over. Following several health scares and missed seasons, it appeared that putting Chris Bosh on the court was not worth the risk. Now, it appears Bosh will be returning to the game of basketball, this time from behind a desk.

As confirmed by the NBA on TNT Twitter account, the 11-time NBA All Star will be joining the TNT team as an analyst. Bosh will join TNT’s new Monday night show, ‘Players Only,’  which is set to debut February 27 and run for 5 weeks consecutively.  Joining Bosh in the studio will be former NBA greats Chris Webber, Isiah Thomas and Baron Davis. Kevin Garnett’s Area 21 will also be incorporated into the show.

“We’re thrilled to have Chris make appearances with our Players Only studio team and we look forward to incorporating his fresh take and informed perspective into this new TNT series,” said Craig Barry, Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer, Turner Sports.  “Chris is still deeply connected with today’s NBA players and his insights into the game will further enhance the experience for our viewers.”
