Chris Brown’s Breezy Bowl XX tour is officially on pause after a London judge ruled that his current legal situation is too serious to be handled in a lower court.
District Judge Joanne Hirst has moved the case to Southwark Crown Court, where Brown is scheduled to appear on June 13.
Judge Hirst has also denied Brown’s request for bail, citing concerns that he might flee the country.
As you know, the R&B singer was taken into custody on Thursday in connection to an alleged assault that occurred in 2023.
The arrest stems from a lawsuit filed by music producer Abe Diaw, who claims Brown attacked him at TAPE nightclub in London last year.
Until his next court appearance, Brown will remain behind bars in the U.K., bringing his European tour plans to a halt.
