Chris Brown’s Assault Accuser Plans To Sue

Liziane Gutierrez, the woman who says Chris Brown blackened her eye and tossed her out of a Las Vegas hotel room, is refusing to give up her fight. Despite law enforcement refusing to move forward with her criminal case due to insufficient evidence, and the model being blackballed from Hollywood hotspot 1 OAK, Liziane Gutierrez intends to make this a civil matter.

According to TMZ, since the criminal charges were dropped, Liziane Gutierrez is suing Chris Brown. She says that while at Brown’s gathering at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas on New Years Day, she was attacked for having her cell phone. According to Liziane, someone — Chris or someone in his crew — hit her in the face and/or arm and/or hands. She also posted a photo of eye. She also says someone took her cell phone. 

Liziane is suing for battery and theft. She is also suing for defamation because Chris Brown said that he didn’t know who she was and that she’s too ugly to party with him.
