Bad news for Chris Brown. It looks like he will be spending more times behind bars. Chris was in court this afternoon where he admitted he told the Judge that he committed a crime in Washington, DC. That constitutes a violation of the current terms of probation. The Judge sentenced him to 365 days in jail, giving him 234 days time served for the 116 days he spent in rehab, and 59 days behind bars.
Chris is left with 131 days (a little over 4 months) to serve behind bars. But, in LA county, you get 2 days credit for every day served so he could end up doing half the time. Once released Chris will have to complete the community labor he was originally ordered and continue his therapy sessions. This beats the 4 years he was originally looking at. Chris is still due back in DC for his assault trial in June.
