Chris Paul’s New Team Beats That Other Team He Could’ve Gone To

In their first pre-season game Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers surprisingly grabbed the win against Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers with a score of 114 to 95.

Chauncey Billups lead the game with 23 points, Kobe wasn’t far behind with 22 while Chris Paul scored 17 points, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds on his first game in LA. I think the highlight of my night had to be hearing Ron Artest being referred to as “World Peace” the entire game. I will never truly get used to that.

The Clippers look like a pretty solid team so far. Who knew? It’s only preseason though, let’s see what happens when the 2012 NBA Season kicks off December 25th.
