The life and legacy of rock and roll pioneer Chuck Berry will be depicted in a forthcoming documentary and biopic film.
According to Deadline, Cardinal Releasing Ltd—who’s previously produced alike films for B.B. King, Nat King Cole, Jimi Hendrix, and Mick Ronson, recently signed an authorization deal with Berry’s estate and his widow, Thelmetta Berry, to go forth with the anticipated projects.
Directed by Jon Brewer, ‘Chuck! The Documentary’ is currently already in production. Pre-production for the dramatized biopic is slated for the summer.
