While Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna were once planning their nuptials, the former couple has now been reduced to a lyric straight out of Avant’s “Separated.”
In a new set of accusations, Kardashian claims that Chyna is backing out of their revenge porn agreement. According to the Arthur George brand founder, his ex-fiancée agreed to drop her lawsuit against him for leaking her nude photos if he helped her in a separate case.
Kardashian said he’d help her last month in that suit but says the model has now “changed her mind” and is continuing with the revenge porn trial, which is scheduled to start on June 13th. She is planning to move forward with the trial.
Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, slammed Kardashian, accusing him of violating California law, which states that settlement details are confidential.
“When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media,” Ciani said in a statement. Kardashian’s attorneys feel that Chyna has “acted in bad faith” by failing to keep her end of the bargain.
Under the supposed deal between the exes, Kardashian was to convince Chyna’s other ex-boyfriend, Pilot Jones, to drop his lawsuit against them. According to Jones, he dated Chyna during a rough patch with Kardashian. He says the two teamed up to out him as gay, which caused him to receive threats.
