Although Ciara has built a new life and family with Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson, she is not letting #Future off the hook when it comes to spending time with his 3-year-old son, baby Future.

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Ciara says her baby daddy is an absentee father, who has been skipping out on scheduled visits with their son. According to the mother-of-two, Future stands baby Future up almost 40 percent of the time and often makes last minute changes, which in turn interferes with her schedule.

But, when the rapper does pick his son up, baby Future spends most of his time with his grandma or great-grandmother rather than his father.

In addition, Ciara says their son has been suffering from a few health issues, which have been made worse with all of the traveling to and from Georgia (where Future lives), so she wants their son’s travel schedule to change. As a result, the singer would like to go to mediation with Future to come to an agreement about their son’s travel schedule for the sake of his health.
