A shocking new lawsuit has surfaced against Diddy, and this time, it’s pulling in hip-hop royalty. According to TMZ, a man identified as John Doe filed a Fourth of July complaint claiming he was sexually assaulted by Diddy in 2020, with help from none other than CJ Wallace, son of the late Notorious B.I.G.
The man alleges he was lured to a Revolt TV location in a Combs Corporation vehicle by a group that included CJ Wallace. Once there, he says Diddy attempted to force him to perform oral sex, threatening to end their professional relationship if he didn’t comply.
Even more disturbing, the accuser claims the team documented the humiliating experience and that CJ was among those who later drove him home. This same accuser previously alleged that Diddy masturbated into a shirt that once belonged to Biggie Smalls and threw it at him.
In another alleged encounter, the man says Diddy grabbed his genitals and said he would “f**k the s**t out of him.” The lawsuit also claims the group promised him business opportunities as a cover for what became a traumatic incident.
Diddy’s legal team remains firm: “Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone,” they told TMZ. “That people continue to broadcast and file false accusations is unfortunate, but Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight for as long as necessary to win his full vindication.”
As of now, CJ Wallace and Biggie’s estate have not issued a statement.
