Earlier this week, Colin Kaepernick
was spotted training in Houston, or “turning up the heat” as he claimed on Twitter.
One day later, the quarterback popped up on Texans owner Bob McNair and sat in as he was deposed as part of Kaepernick’s collusion case against the NFL.

According to NY Daily News, Kaepernick’s attendance caught the owner off guard, but after the two-hour legal showdown, the free agent quarterback seemed to be just fine. In fact, the baller was all smiles in a photo taken as he left the legal office.

However, this is only the beginning in Kaepernick’s grievance against the league, where he claims team owners and other league execs worked together to blackball him after his silent, non-violence protest against social injustices and police brutality. According to TMZ, Seahawks owner Paul Allen, coach Pete Carroll, Jerry Jones, Robert Kraft and several others have also been subpoenaed in the case.
